There are times when a Seller may need to cancel an order. Common reasons include:
How to cancel: To cancel an order before it is dispatched (prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery date), Sellers must contact the MotoRepo Support Team with a valid reason.
Note: Frequent cancellations by a Seller may lead to a review of your account and potential suspension of selling privileges to protect our Buyer community.
Because car parts often involve specialized logistics (especially for heavy items like engines or transmissions), Buyers are generally not permitted to cancel orders once they are scheduled.
However, we provide a "Reject at Pickup" protection. If the part arrives and does not match the description (e.g., wrong model year, visible cracks not mentioned, or incorrect part number), you may reject the item at the point of delivery/pickup with a valid reason.
