Keeping your inventory up to date is crucial for getting those parts off your shelf and into a customer's vehicle. You can access and manage your active or closed parts listings at any time by navigating to Profile > Manage Listings.

From this dashboard, you can view your entire catalog. Use the three-dot "More" option on any item card to edit, end, relist, or delete a listing.

Edit Listing

Need to add a photo of the part number or clarify the compatibility? You can edit an active listing as long as there are no pending offers. This is vital for ensuring your listing is 100% accurate before a buyer commits.

What you can update:

• Photos & Videos: Add clearer shots of the gear teeth, seals, or electrical pins.
• Title & Description: Refine the part name or add specific model year fitment details.
• Category: Move the item to a more accurate section (e.g., from "Engine" to "Fuel System").
• Item Location: Update the pickup point if the part has been moved to a different garage or warehouse.

End Listing

You can request to end an active listing at any time. To do this, contact Motorepo Support with a valid reason (e.g., the part was damaged during storage or sold locally).

Note: We strive to maintain a reliable marketplace for mechanics and DIYers. Frequent requests to end active listings may affect your selling privileges, so please ensure your inventory is available before listing.

Re-listing

If a listing closed without an accepted offer, you don't have to start from scratch. You can re-list the item to give it another shot at selling. Before doing so, consider:

• Price Adjustment: Check if your price is competitive with other similar car parts.
• Shelf Duration: You can reset the duration (5 to 30 days) to get fresh eyes on the part.

Delete Listing

To keep your dashboard clean, you can permanently remove any closed listing by clicking the "More" option button and selecting Delete Listing.
