- Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or predatory practices (e.g., hiding a cracked engine block).
- Poses a threat to or tarnishes the reputation of Motorepo.
- Breaches the terms of any banking or electronic funds transfer network.
- Results in a substantial risk of charge backs, penalties, or legal liability.
Specific Prohibited Conduct
1. Unlawful & Harmful Activity
- Illegal Use: Using the service for any unlawful purpose or encouraging others to do so.
- Inappropriate Content: Posting content that is defamatory, inaccurate, profane, harassing, or offensive.
- Security Interference: Attempting to bypass security features, reverse engineer the app, or extract data using robots, spiders, or scrapers.
- Service Disruption: Spreading viruses, malware, or unsolicited advertisements (spam) to other users.
2. Fraud & Deception
- Impersonation: Falsely claiming affiliation with a car brand, dealership, or another person.
- Falsifying Information: Providing a fake age, NIN, BVN, or other identity details.
