Motorepo exclusively facilitates refunds for payments conducted through our secure in-app escrow system. Because automotive parts can be high-value and technical, we maintain strict timelines to ensure both buyers and sellers are treated fairly.
If an issue arises with your car part (e.g., it’s incompatible, damaged, or the wrong component), you must submit a return or dispute request within 24 hours following delivery or pickup confirmation.
Important: Once this 24-hour window elapses, the funds are automatically released to the seller, and the transaction is considered finalized. No refunds can be initiated by Motorepo after this point.

Motorepo returns all funds directly to your provided bank account. We do not issue refunds via cash or third-party apps.
Always conduct a thorough "bench test" or visual inspection as soon as you receive your part. If you’re unsure about fitment, check the manufacturer's stamps during that initial 24-hour window to ensure your protection remains active.
